Ocean Bay Wins $167M DEA Support Contract

Ocean Bay Information and Systems Management has secured a $167.2 million contract to provide administrative, technical and professional services to the Drug Enforcement Administration, according to an award notice posted on SAM. gov.

The DEA’s Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management sought a contractor to support the agency mission under the five-year contract that consists of one base year and four option years.

Alaska Native Corp.-owned Ocean Bay won the contract via a competitive solicitation, which ran from June 11 to July 31, 2020. The contracting effort was reserved to companies that comply with 8(a) set-aside requirements and a small business size standard of $16.5 million.

The Manassas, Virginia-based small disadvantaged business offers information technology, logistics, business process engineering, information assurance and training support services to the government sector.
