Prabu Natarajan Incoming EVP

Prabu Natarajan, a veteran finance executive, will join Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) to serve as executive vice president and chief financial officer of the company starting Jan. 4.

He will succeed the retiring Charlie Mathis and report to Nazzic Keene, CEO of SAIC and a 2020 Wash100 Award winner, the company said Thursday.

Keene said Natarajan will bring to the company his leadership experience as a finance executive in defense, aerospace and technology markets as SAIC advances its positions in key markets and carry out its long-term growth strategy.

Natarajan most recently served as VP for financial strategy and planning and VP for mergers and acquisitions at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC). He also served as CFO for the defense contractor’s information systems business and as corporate VP and treasurer. He also held senior positions at AES (NYSE: AES) and PwC.
