Cognosante Wins $100M Labor Dept Contact Center Support BPA

Cognosante has won a five-year, $100M blanket purchase agreement under the General Services Administration's Information Technology Schedule 70 contract vehicle to support the Department of Labor's National Contact Center.

The report said Cognosante competed with three other bidders for the BPA.

DOL NCC fields customer inquiries regarding labor matters such as employment, wages, unemployment, pensions and occupational safety and health.

The award comes four months after Cognosante acquired Vienna, Virginia.-based Enterprise Information Services in as part of efforts to expand access to government contract vehicles.
