ICF said Wednesday that Tremaine, formerly the company’s chief transformation and operations officer, will serve as its new senior managing partner and group lead for the ICF Next marketing agency.
McGarry, most recently the vice president of the company’s HR centers of expertise, will assume the role of senior VP and chief HR officer.
John Wasson, president and CEO of ICF, said Tremaine’s more than three-decade public and private sector experience will “greatly contribute" to the company's various growth efforts.
He added that McGarry brings extensive talent acquisition experience that will help drive global diversity and inclusion efforts and "grow our talent across the company."
Tremaine joined ICF in 2007 and has since contributed to expanding its information technology modernization, communications, analytics and marketing opportunities with the public sector.
McGarry previously served as the company's VP of talent acquisition and held similar roles at TASC and Gannett.
She spent over seven years at Verizon (NYSE: VZ) in various HR leadership roles prior to joining ICF in 2017.
