Army Taps Four Companies for $180M Southern Border Construction Effort

Four firms have landed spots on a $180M multiple-award U.S. Army contract for construction services along the southern border.

Army Corps of Engineers received 11 bids for the project and expect work to be complete by Sept. 14, 2025, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

The contractors are:

  • Accura Engineering and Consulting Services
  • APSI Construction Management
  • CES Consulting
  • HFS
