Stephanie Wilson, chief strategy officer of NetImpact Strategies over the past four years, has been appointed as the first chief operating officer at the information technology services provider.

She will lead NetImpact's day-to-day operations and efforts to build up the organization as well as ensure it continues to provide support for customer missions, the company said Tuesday.

NetImpact credited Wilson with helping the Falls Church, Va.-based firm reach more than 50 percent compound annual growth rate during her tenure as CSO.

Previously, she was staff vice president for military health and veteran health solutions at Anthem's (NYSE: ANTM) national government services business and held a 13-year career at Acentia, where she led business development, IT management and health programs for the government sector.

The project management professional and WIT Leadership Foundry graduate has active membership in some federal government health-related associations.
