TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 8, 2019 — Unisys (NYSE: UIS) will provide information technology management and cloud services to the Defense Information Systems Agency under a potential five-year, $152M contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Sept. 26.

The company will leverage its CloudForte federal cloud management offering in line with DISA’s Joint Service Provider program, which aims to streamline the Department of Defense’s digital management processes through standardization and improved cybersecurity, Unisys said Sept. 26.

Unisys received the contract during the second quarter of this year. The terms include a two-month transition phase, one two-month option and around 19 three-month options.

“We look forward to helping DISA achieve its goals for enhancing its support of Defense Department decision-makers and warfighters,” said Andrew Boyd, group vice president for defense and intelligence agencies within Unisys’ federal division.
