CAE (NYSE: CAE) announced the election of 10 directors to the company’s board during the annual meeting of shareholders.
Marianne Harrison, president and CEO of Manulife Financial’s U.S. division John Hancock Life Insurance Co., is the newly elected member of the board, CAE said Wednesday.
The other nine board members are:

- John Manley
- Marc Parent
- Margaret “Peg†Billson
- Michael Fortier
- Michael Roach
- Norton Schwartz
Katharine Stevenson is leaving the defense contractor’s board after reaching the term limit of 12 years.
