Martin Amen Joins Cubic’s Nuvotronics Business as Strategy, BD VP; Mike Twyman Quoted

Martin Amen

Martin Amen, former senior director of secure network operations at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), has joined Cubic (NYSE: CUB) as vice president of strategy and business development for the Nuvotronics business.

He will report to Mike Twyman, president of Cubic Mission Solutions, and help define and implement the growth strategy for Nuvotronics’ line of products, the San Diego-based company said Monday.

Cubic acquired the radio frequency device maker in March in a push to grow protected communications technology offerings.

Twyman said Amen’s “expertise in military and commercial space networks; electronic warfare; modeling and simulation; and spectrum management will help us continue to expand our Nuvotronics product line.”

Amen has more than two decades of experience in profit-and-loss positions as well as in hardware and software development and integration.

Prior to Northrop, he held leadership roles at Logicon and Eagle Technology.
