ValueOptions Federal Services received a potential five-year, $422.6M contract from the General Services Administration’s Federal Systems Integration and Management Center to manage a commercial employee assistance program for U.S. military personnel and their families.

GSA said in a FedBizOpps notice posted Thursday the company will support the Department of Defense’s Military OneSource program, which offers service members and dependents access to information, referral resources and counseling services.

OneSource currently serves nearly 5.2M participants worldwide.

The contract has a 12-month base period, followed by four one-year option periods, and will include case management, call center operations, web presence, information assurance, disaster continuity of services, health and wellness and financial counseling.

Work will commence on May 1 and could extend through April 30, 2024 if all options are exercised.
