ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) has completed its $115M cash acquisition of Fairfax, Va.-based technology and professional services contractor Kforce Government Solutions.

The transaction was first announced early in March and would help ManTech to expand its federal health market presence as well as support the Department of Veterans Affairs via the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation contract, the company said Monday.

KGS won a position on the T4NG procurement vehicle in 2016.

“We are very excited to join forces with them, and pleased to welcome the many talented KGS employees to ManTech, where they will prove a natural fit with our culture of total dedication to the customer mission,” said Kevin Phillips, president and CEO of ManTech and a 2019 Wash100 winner.
