TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 31, 2018 — SAP National Security Services and Google (Nasdaq: GOOGL) will work to provide cloud and data capabilities built on the SAP HANA in-memory database system and Google Cloud Platform to drive the digital transformation efforts of public sector customers, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The partnership aims to deliver a cloud service that leverages SAP HANA and GCP in an effort to generate real-time and actionable insights from data and run applications on a scalable cloud infrastructure in line with government security requirements, SAP NS2 said Jan. 24.

Mark Testoni, president and CEO of SAP NS2 and a 2019 Wash100 awardee, said the integrated service is designed to give customers the capacity to use SAP HANA along with GCP’s cloud environment and associated security and operational functions.
