Jun.08 — Cloud computing companies are competing for the Pentagon’s cloud. It’s a planned winner-take-all award for a multibillion-dollar cloud computing contract, calling the effort to choose a single provider the best approach for “rapidly delivering new capabilities” to U.S. forces deployed worldwide. Right now, many companies are in disarray saying this tactic for one winner puts Amazon in the lead. Earlier this week, the company announced a new partnership with AWS, Amazon’s on-demand cloud computing platform. Bloomberg’s Emily Chang speaks with Mark Testoni, SAP N-S-2 CEO.
