Giovanna “Gio” Patterson, most recently vice president forÂ Booz Allen Hamilton‘s (NYSE: BAH) health business at the National Institutes of Health, passed away Sunday at the age of 53, GovCon Wire has learned.
She played a key role in the development of the business unit’s analytics growth platform as well as the integration ofÂ Aquilent.
Booz Allen Senior Vice President Rob Silverman shared news of Patterson’s passing and noted that CEO HoracioÂ Rozanski honored her during theÂ Booz Allen Excellence Awards ceremony Wednesday.
Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of her life atÂ Money & King Funeral Home inÂ Vienna, Virginia, on Saturday, Feb. 3rd, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at Saint Luke Catholic Church inÂ McLean, Virginia, on Sunday, Feb. 4th, at 1:30 p.m.
