CyrusOne Begins Construction of Future Data Center Campus in Allen, TX


TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 2, 2017 — CyrusOne (Nasdaq: CONE) has held a ceremony to break ground on a future facility in Allen, Texas, that will comprise three data centers to serve customers, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The company said Tuesday the first data center will cover an area of 340,000 square feet, with the whole campus anticipated to generate more than 100 megawatts of allocated power and bring CyrusOne’s total footprint in Texas to approximately 1.7 million square feet.
