TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 13, 2017 — AT&T (NYSE: T) will update the Defense Information Systems Agency‘s network infrastructure in Hawaii under a 10-year contract to facilitate communications support for Pacific theater military operations, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The company said Wednesday the network will drive the transmission of voice, video and data that could be critical to the mission of service personnel in the region.

“We’re honored to deliver capabilities that complement our vision of a ‘Network of the Future’ for DISA,” said Anthony Robbins, vice president for defense at AT&T’s global public sector business.
