Executive Mosaic, Tysons Corner, VA March 16, 2017 — Steve Rubley, CEO of Thomson Reuters Special Services, has been selected for this year’s Executive Mosaic Wash100 for his leadership in data analytics.

Rubley, who concurrently serves as managing director of the government segment at parent company Thomson Reuters’ legal division, is in charge of the TRSS team that provides global business data, public and proprietary records as well as analytic support technology to federal agencies and other customers.
TRSS entered into an agreement in 2016 to integrate Terbium Labs‘ Matchlight data intelligence platform with tailored intelligence tools in efforts to prevent identity theft at both government and commercial organizations.
Rubley is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance and the board of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Foundation.
