Former CACI SVP Rick Dansey Named Defense Programs SVP at TeraThink

Rick Dansey, founder of Ignitis and a former executive vice president at CACI International (NYSE: CACI), has been appointed to the role of senior vice president for defense programs at management and technology consulting services contractor TeraThink.

TeraThink said Monday Dansey will offer more than 28 years of executive experience to oversee the company’s strategic planning, operations and management for defense programs as well as support TeraThink’s acquisition and program pursuits in the unrestricted market.

“Rick brings proven executive level leadership, acquisition expertise and defense knowledge that will help to accelerate our growth and the delivery of excellent service,” said Paul Lombardi, TeraThink president and CEO.

“What excites me the most is the opportunity to leverage TeraThink’s capabilities and work side by side with our government partners,” said Dansey.

Dansey held a 16-year career at CACI and joined the company in 2001 upon its acquisition of DSIC, where he launched an enterprise resource planning consultation practice.
