Raytheon Receives USAF Modification for System Verification Test Support FMS Deal

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Jan. 5, 2017 — The U.S. Air Force has awarded Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) a $9.1 million contract modification to provide system verification test services to Qatar’s air and missile defense operations center as part of the foreign military sales program, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The company’s integrated defense systems sector will assist cross-domain platform development for the center through Dec. 14, 2017, the Defense Department said Tuesday.
