Air Force Taps Microsoft for Consulting Support Services

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Jan. 4, 2017 — Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) has received a $34.4 million firm-fixed-price contract for consulting services to support the U.S. Air Force‘s efforts to update its Microsoft products.

The company will develop new enterprise capacities for the Air Force Network to help address the military branch’s security mission requirements as part of the Microsoft Joint Enterprise License Agreement, the Defense Department said Friday.
