Carahsoft Offers Pindrop’s Call Authentication Tech Via GSA Schedule

headset communications call centerTYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 18, 2016 — Carahsoft has added Pindrop‘s voice call authentication and fraud detection platforms to its schedule contract with the General Services Administration to provide government agencies access to the technology, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The partnership places Carahsoft as master government aggregator for Pindrop’s Phoneprinting and Phoneprint platforms, which work to assess the identity of callers, Carahsoft said Tuesday.
