TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 18, 2016 — Battelle has partnered with the Ohio Office of the Attorney General to test and implement DNA sequencing technology at the state’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation laboratory to help solve missing persons cases, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
The company said Thursday the Next Generation Sequencing project will work to add to BCI’s forensics capability and support DNA testing procedures in-house to speed up investigations into missing persons.
