Raytheon Teams With CAE, Alenia on Air Force T-X Program Bid


T-38TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 22, 2016 — Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) will likely hold the prime role in a teaming agreement with CAE (NYSE: CAE) and Alenia Aermacchi to pursue the U.S. Air Force‘s T-X pilot trainer contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

Defense News reported Tuesday Raytheon will replace General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) in the team, which will offer a trainer replacement based on Alenia’s M-346 design.
