Lockheed Martin Updates Navy’s Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems


lockheed martinTYSONS CORNER, VA, February 26, 2016 — Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) currently works on the redesign of the U.S. Navy‘s Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems installed on several submarine classes, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

The company said Tuesday it will perform work at its anti-submarine warfare laboratory in Virginia as part of a $60 million contract awarded for the SWFTS update in December.
