FCi Federal Names CFO, General Counsel, 5 VPs in Series of Exec Moves


FCi Federal logoFCi Federal has appointed seven new executives to its management team in an effort to boost its expansion in the government services sector.

Jeffrey Leong, a U.S. Air Force veteran and former chief financial officer at a business unit of Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), will serve as the company’s CFO, FCi Federal said Tuesday.

Claude Goddard, formerly a senior partner at law firm Polsinelli PC, will serve as general counsel and chief compliance officer for training and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

The company also named Michael Mikuta, a 25-year technology industry veteran, as vice president of technology and innovation.

Alicia Mallaney, former director of talent acquisition at Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS), will serve as VP of talent acquisition.

Sean Wilson, former senior VP of human resources at Information Management Consultants, will offer strategic direction on employee engagement matters as VP of human capital at FCi Federal.

Dawn Lewandowski, former VP of civilian services at Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions, will be responsible for the development and implementation of training programs as VP of learning and development.

Sheila Blackwell, former chief communications officer at tech company Decision Sciences, will serve as VP of communications.
