The U.S. Navy has selected WR Systems to provide design development, engineering, logistics and other services for the service branch’s navigation systems under a potential $97.5 million performance-based contract.
The Defense Department said Wednesday the contract is in support of the navigation geospatial information and services integrated product team and has a base value of $18.5 million.
WR Systems will perform work in Virginia through December 2020 if the Navy exercises all contract options.
The company is a business consulting firm based in Fairfax, Virginia.
