WR Systems Gets Potential $97M Contract for Navy Navigation System Engineering Support

manufacturing,  engineering gearsThe U.S. Navy has selected WR Systems to provide design development, engineering, logistics and other services for the service branch’s navigation systems under a potential $97.5 million performance-based contract.

The Defense Department said Wednesday the contract is in support of the navigation geospatial information and services integrated product team and has a base value of $18.5 million.

WR Systems will perform work in Virginia through December 2020 if the Navy exercises all contract options.

The company is a business consulting firm based in Fairfax, Virginia.
