TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 11, 2015 — Carahsoft Technology will offer Dataguise‘s DgSecure data protection technology to government agencies via its General Services Administration schedule contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

Dataguise said Tuesday DgSecure works to protect sensitive information at the data level amid threats arising from the increased adoption of cloud and big data technology.

“Given the exponential growth of data and the increasingly aggressive cyber attacks on government agencies, cybersecurity initiatives need to start focusing on protecting the data that matters most, ” said Michael Shrader, vice president of emerging technologies at Carahsoft.
