IAP said Wednesday it will combine the two acquired segments with its aviation and engineering solutions and national security programs units.

Doug Kitani, CEO of IAP Worldwide Services, said the company made the acquisition to broaden the platforms and services portfolio it offers to government clients.

“We established a strategy earlier this year based on organic growth through customer-focused discipline, lean operations and innovation in our core government services segment, and inorganic growth realized by acquiring and integrating companies that complement our core business, ” added Kitani.
