The IRS awarded ICF International a five year contract (one base year and four optional years) for an estimated value of $21.5 million.ICF International announced Tuesday they will assist the IRS through data collection, analysis, and providing recommendations to improve customer service.
The information ICF will provide will help the IRS in making cost-efficient program decisions and preparing its annual mandated customer satisfaction report to Congress.
