Troy Rudd, formerly senior vice president and treasurer of AECOMÂ (NYSE: ACM), will assume the roles of executive vice president and chief financial officer at the company on Oct. 5.
AECOM said Tuesday former President and CFO Stephen Kadenacy will continue as president and take additional operational duties.
Keenan Driscoll will succeed Rudd as treasurer, the company added.
Rudd previously served as chief operations officer of AECOM’s design and consulting services business for the Americas and CFO of the business’ global arm.
He was a partner at KPMG before joining AECOM in 2009.
“I’m pleased to welcome Troy and Keenan into these new roles and I’m confident they will extend the strong financial leadership Steve advanced during a period in which our company doubled in size, ” said AECOM Chairman and CEOÂ Michael Burke.
The company completed its $4 billion acquisition of URS in October last year.
