Raytheon Eyes New Recruits, Partnerships for NORAD Work in Colorado


Raytheon logoTYSONS CORNER, VA September 8, 2015 — Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) said it is accelerating growth in Colorado Springs to support the company’s multiyear, $700 million contract award to provide operations, maintenance and sustainment work for the U.S. Air Force’s Cheyenne Mountain Complex.

Company officials said Sept. 2 the flurry of activity includes the continuous hosting of recruiting events, with a target of hiring 700 new personnel by 2016, as well as building partnerships in the local community.
