Chuck Brooks Joins Sutherland Global as Gov’t Relations, Marketing VP


Sutherland Global ServicesTYSONS CORNER, VA July 16, 2015 — Sutherland Global Services has named Chuck Brooks as the company’s new vice president for government relations and marketing, with focus on branding and fostering partnerships in local, state and federal areas.

Brooks joins Sutherland from Xerox (NYSE: XRX) where he occupied the role of vice president and client executive for the Department of Homeland Security.

He sits on the board of advisors for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Technology Partner Network and several other nonprofits, spent several years in government as a presidential appointee at DHS and as a senior advisor on Capitol Hill, and was a member of the faculty at Johns Hopkins University.

Brooks has a bachelor’s degree in political science from DePauw University and an M.A. in international relations from the University of Chicago, and holds a certificate in international law from The Hague.
