Jennifer Felix Joins Vencore as SVP, CFO; Mac Curtis Comments

Jennifer Felix, formerly chief financial officer at Sotera Defense Solutions, has joined Vencore as senior vice president and CFO.

Her appointment takes effect July 20 and she will oversee Vencore’s relations with investors and the strategic advisory council and manage tax, accounting and other aspects of the company’s financial functions, Vencore said Thursday.

“She brings a wealth of experience from her financial leadership roles in companies serving the government sector and I look forward to working with her, ” said Mac Curtis, Vencore president and CEO and an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 list for 2015.

Prior to joining Sotera, she has held financial executive roles at various technology and government contracting firms, including Deltek, General Dynamics, Vangent and American Management Systems.

Felix previously worked at Deloitte as an auditor for eight years.
