
Brian Foster, formerly chief technology officer at Damballa, has joined Neustar (NYSE: NSR) as senior vice president of information services.
He will oversee Neustarâs information services product strategy and execution and be based in the companyâs San Francisco office, Neustar said Wednesday.
Foster will succeed Ted Prince, who has been appointed to lead Neustarâs corporate development and management of strategic relationships after managing the companyâs information services for the last two years.

The 27-year product strategy, advanced research and engineering operations veteran previously served as senior vice president of product management at McAfee (NYSE: MFE).
