Heather Crofford, formerly business management director for the cyber division of Northrop Grumman‘s (NYSE: NOC) information systems business, Â will serve as vice president and chief financial officer of the enterprise shared services unit beginning March 9.
The company said Monday she will succeed Donald McHugh Jr., who has joined Northrop joint venture National Security Technologies as business operations VP and controller.
“Heather Crofford brings outstanding expertise and experience in aerospace and defense financial management to this position, ” said Ken Bedingfield, VP of finance at Northrop Grumman.
Crofford will report to Bedingfield,  perform business management functions for the ESS segment and serve as a member of Northrop’s corporate CFO council.
She previously worked at Boeing (NYSE: BA) as CFO of the electronic and information solutions business.
