PSS said Tuesday that GCS, a federal contracting service provider, has supported customers within the Department of Homeland Security and the intelligence community for 18 years.
Scott Goss, PSS CEO, said the purchase aims to help the company serve “the men and women charged with upholding our national security in their important mission to defend our country and preserve our democracy at home and abroad.”
Virginia-based consulting firm PSS’ current customer portfolio includes the U.S. Transportation Command, State Department, Defense Logistics Agency and the U.S. Army.
The McLean Group advised GCS for the deal.
