DISA, DITCO Update RFP on Communications Systems Support for AF Central Command


ManpackRadioThe Defense Information Systems Agency and Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization are seeking vendors to provide communication systems support for U.S. Air Forces Central Command operations and Defense Department mission requirements.

According to the final request for proposals posted Monday on FedBizOpps, the Communications Technical Support Services III program covers acquisition, installation, integration, and operations and maintenance services for USAFCENT communications systems.

The notice indicated that future contract work will be centered on U.S. Central Command‘s area of responsibility in Southwest Asia and support coalition and joint services military operations.

Interested contractors can review the provided supplemental information on historical requirements for CTSS-III and are mandated to submit an organizational conflict of interest mitigation plan, the RFP stated.

Responses to the final RFP are due Oct. 20.
