The Chertoff Group Promotes 3 Execs to Senior Roles; Michael Chertoff Comments

Chertoff Group logo Executive MosaicConsulting firm The Chertoff Group has promoted Jim Pflaging, Elizabeth Carter and Marjorie Chelius to serve in senior roles in their respective areas of expertise.

Pflaging will serve as principal and head of business strategy, Carter as senior director and Chelius as senior associate, The Chertoff Group said Tuesday.

“Each of these individuals has brought incredible value to the firm by helping to expand our business through new growth opportunities, delivering top quality services to our clients, and creating a strong internal culture of collaboration and dedication that helps us achieve our goals, ” said Michael Chertoff, executive chairman and co-founder.

Pflaging, a cybersecurity and data management veteran, will work with clients in developing corporate growth strategies.

Carter, a previous plan manager on weapons of mass destruction at the New York City Office of Emergency Management, will collaborate with the security services group in protecting client assets from threats.

Chelius, meanwhile, will provide market analysis, due diligence analysis and infrastructure security assessments for domestic and international clients.
