Neil Bacon Named Public Sector Head at Salesforce.com Partner Tquila; Mark Wakelin Comments


Neil BaconNeil Bacon, former public sector liaison director at PSNGB, has joined Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM) Platinum Partner Tquila as head of the public sector business.

Bacon has served 15 years working with government prior to his appointment to the newly created position at Tquila, the enterprise software provider said Monday.

Mark Wakelin, Tquila CEO, said his company expects Bacon’s public sector experience to help boost its service delivery.

Bacon noted the Tquila and Salesforce.com partnership’s potential in the current market as part of the government’s initiative to bring IT acquisitions into cloud computing environments.
