
Kennedy will serve as president for the frontline solutions division, Winch as vice president for the national security sector and Houley as VP for intelligence and information technology solutions, the company said Thursday.

Kennedy, a 30-year acquisition professional for the intelligence community in the areas of cost and pricing, strategy and industry and IT relations, was previously VP at Farfield Systems.
Winch, formerly a director at Deloitte and a U.S. Army Reserves colonel, has worked with military offices such as the Defense Information Systems Agency and Defense Contract Management Agency.
Houley, an IT and cybersecurity professional, has held leadership roles at L3, Â Northrop Grumman and TASC.
