Dovel Technologies has moved to grow its federal health information technology portfolio by acquiring RNSolutions, a transaction Dovel CEO Paul Leslie said is intended to highlight the companies’ complementary skills and technical competencies.
“The combined organization will allow for significant growth potential, the opportunity to expand our technology thought leadership to our customers and most importantly to provide enhanced career opportunities to all our employees, ” Leslie said Monday.
Dovel develops software applications and provides those and other emerging IT tools to help support and update infrastructure in the Department of Health and Human Services.
RNSolutions, a technology services provider for several federal agencies, is the prime contractor for the grants management system under the Administration for Children and Families program.
More than 40 federal agencies access the company’s GrantSolutions program.
