George Pedersen: ManTech Looks to Grow Healthcare, VA Work with Close of 7Delta Acquisition

ManTech International (NASDAQ: MANT) has finalized its acquisition of 7Delta Inc. a provider of applications and software development and integration services for the healthcare community.

7Delta will operate within ManTech’s mission services and services group under the leadership of Daniel Keefe, ManTech said Tuesday.

George Pedersen, ManTech chairman and CEO, said the company aims to grow its presence in the healthcare market and gain access to the Department of Veterans Affairs community.

ManTech will provide information technology modernization services to the VA under a five-year program, for which 7Delta is a prime contractor.

ManTech expects the transaction to raise its fiscal year 2014 revenues by nearly $50 million and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization by $5 million.
