Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) has bought the assets of FMHC Corp., a provider of wireless communications services.
Chicago, Ill.-based FMHC works to design and build sites and deploy networks for wireless telecommunications customers, Jacobs Engineering said Tuesday.
Kevin McMahon, a Jacobs group vice president, said the acquisition is aimed at helping clients meet business requirements.
