Casey Sullivan writes Washington-based lobbying and public policy services provider Patton Boggs, which employs approximately 500 lawyers and advisers, is negotiating with Locke Lord.
Patton Boggs told Reuters it intends to expand its platform for partners and clients in an effort to address the changing landscape.
The firm has represented companies such as AT&T, Goldman Sachs and Amazon on Capitol Hill, according to Reuters.
Patton Boggs generated $317.5 million in revenue during 2012 and $735, 000 in profit per partner, the report said.
