Kevin Kelly, LGS CEO, said Martin will play a key role in the Alcatel-Lucent subsidiary’s efforts to research, develop and deploy network offerings for government customers.
At Transaction Network Services, Martin led a team of 40 employees in four countries and supported operations in 20 countries.
He also managed a $10 million operating budget there, LGS says.
Martin has created both IT organizations and technical infrastructures at both start-up firms and for large international companies, according to LGS.
