Rich Lambert Named A Northrop Enterprise Shared Services VP; Mark Caylor Comments

Rich Lambert, who led Northrop Grumman‘s (NYSE: NOC) relocation to Falls Church, Va. in 2011 from Los Angeles, has been appointed vice president of operations and international for the enterprise shared services organization.

Lambert’s appointment is effective immediately and he will report to Mark Caylor, corporate vice president and president of the organization, Northrop said Wednesday.

In his new role, Lambert will lead and coordinate international business support activities.

He will also be responsible for teams such as environmental, health and safety; flight operations; real estate, facilities and administration; global mobility; and project management.

Caylor said Lambert brings experience in both program management and customer interface to his new role.

Prior to this appointment, Lambert served as director and chief information officer for the corporate office and ESS organizations.

He started his Northrop career at the former Grumman Aerospace, has led system consolidation projects and supported the enterprise resource planning program office within the electronic systems sector.
