TASC Names 15-Year SAIC Vet Amanda Brownfield Mission Analysis VP

TASC has appointed Amanda Brownfield, a 15-year veteran of Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAI), to serve as vice president of TASC’s mission analysis business unit.

The company said Brownfield will lead and manage work for two intelligence customers and oversee program-protection services to other government customers.

“Amanda’s leadership, energy and customer focus have enabled her to build strong teams for the benefit of the customer and the business, ” says Al Pisani, senior vice president of the intelligence group.

“Our customers are facing tough challenges, and Amanda brings a perspective that will help our customers, ” he said.

At SAIC, she most recently served as vice president for a business unit supporting customers across the intelligence, defense and law enforcement communities.

Before SAIC, she served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and attained the rank of captain.

Brownfield holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Duke University and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
