DHS to Award $236M in IDIQs for Science, Tech Support

The Department of Homeland Security plans to award up to $236 million in indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts for professional, scientific and technological services.

DHS said Friday it will award between two and five IDIQs for areas including:

  • science and technology
  • finance and research
  • development, test and evaluation
  • systems engineering and technical assistance support

DHS plans to award the contracts by Oct. 4.

DHS said it plans to procure these services to aid its science and technology directorate.

DHS aims to integrate scientific research planning, management and execution processes for the directorate.

The multiple-award IDIQ contracts include five-year ordering period.

DHS said work will be performed at a government site or contractor site.
