Raytheon Takes in $320M for Electronic Radar

Raytheon Co. (NYSE: RTN) has won $320 million in contracts this month for its programs for active electronically scanned radar, the company announced today.

The contracts were awarded by domestic and international clients.

The company said the radars are employed for air-to-air and air-to-surface operations and aim to increase situational awareness

Raytheon said it has delivered more than 300 AESA radar systems to various customers, which have undergone more than 250, 000 operational flight hours.
