Boeing‘s (NYSE: BA) board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 42 cents per share, according to a statement by president and CEO Jim McNerney.
The dividend is payable Dec. 2, 2011, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 11, 2011
ATK (NYSE: ATK) also announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share to be payable Dec. 29, 2011, to stockholders of record as of Dec. 7, 2011.
